余华清博士

余华清,男,1971年2月出生,工学博士,bat365正版唯一官网教授,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,湖北省“师德先进个人”、湖北省高校优秀基础组织负责人、省级一流专业—光电信息科学与工程专业负责人、孝感市青年岗位能手、湖北工程学院首届“师德标兵”;武汉科技大学、湖北大学兼职硕士生导师。湖北省物理学会常务理事,孝感市第七界政协委员、孝感市科协副主席、孝感市党外知识分子联谊会副会长。

2007 年9月-2008年7月,教育部“高等学校青年骨干教师国内访问学者”,到天津大学精密仪器与光电子工程学院进行集成光波导器件的合作研究。2011年毕业于中山大学物理科学与工程技术学院,获工学博士学位。

目前主要从事纳米光电技术、生物光子学的实验及理论研究。主持完成省部级科研项目1项、地厅级项目4项,目前主持湖北省高校优秀中青年创新团队项目1项、工信部电子信息产业重点领域人才培养专项计划1项、孝感市“科创名家”工作室1个。作为主要研究人员参与国家自然科学基金4项。主编教育科学“十五”国家规划课题研究成果教材1部、出版英文专著2部(章)。以第一作者或通讯作者在ACS NanoNanotechnology、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Journal of Materials Science等国际著名刊物上发表论文30多篇,申请专利20余项,其中授权发明专利8项。2015年获国家自然科学奖二等奖1项(排序5)、2014年获广东省科学技术一等奖1项(排序4)、“2011中国光学重要成果”(全国共20项)1项,1篇论文获湖北省自然科学优秀学术论文奖二等奖,1篇文章获湖北省物理学会优秀论文奖二等奖,2篇论文入选期刊封面(Journal cover)文章。
